Mr. Raphaël Bélice is a kinesiologist specializing in therapeutic exercise, and will soon be a physiotherapist. A former basketball, soccer and ice hockey athlete, Raphael has always been involved in sports environments. For this reason, in order to pass on his passion for physical activity, he first obtained a Baccalauréat d’intervention en activité physique (kinesiology profile) from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2019. In 2021, he will complete a D.E.S.S. in therapeutic exercise at the Université de Sherbrooke. Raphael is always looking to progress, and in order to offer his customers a more complete and diversified service, he is continuing his studies in physiotherapy at McGill University, where he will complete his Master’s degree in 2023.

Since 2017, he has been accumulating experience in the field of health and physical activity. He worked for 3 years as a private trainer at Nautilus Plus. He also completed a number of internships: in sports physical preparation at Collège Jean-Eudes and Collège Ville-Marie, in research at the Epic center of the Montreal Heart Institute, at the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation and in various hospitals. From 2019 to 2021, he is a disability case manager with SunLife Financial. He then pursued his career as a kinesiologist at the Telus santé clinic and then at the PosturoPlus clinic, where he performs fitness assessments, prescribes exercises and develops training programs. Raphaël distinguishes himself by combining exercise and manual therapy, which includes massage, joint mobilization and muscle or myofascial release techniques.

A dynamic listener, Raphael will listen to your needs, objectives and fears, to help you achieve your goals. For him, your success is his success.

His motto: “To move is to have fun”.
