Ms. Zeine Shukairy is a kinesiologist. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2006 from the Université de Montréal. She completed a Master’s degree in Kinesiology in 2012 and wrote her thesis on cardio-respiratory health. In 2023, she completed a D.E.S.S. in therapeutic exercises at the University of Sherbrooke, specializing in musculoskeletal pathologies, postural assessments, manual therapy, and the use of kinesiotape.
She began her career in the field of physical activity as an instructor and personal trainer. After obtaining her degree in Kinesiology, she started practicing as a kinesiologist in 2006. In 2010, she joined the Medisys clinic (now Telus Health), where she is responsible for evaluating the physical condition of executive clients, assessing back health and injury risks for pre-employment candidates, supervising stress ECGs for the cardiology clinic, pre-employment, and insurance, as well as providing advice and recommendations following the evaluation of body composition using SECA and InBody bioelectrical impedance devices. She has worked closely with cardiologists for many years to conduct stress tests with electrocardiograms.
Zeine is fascinated by the human body and its infinite capabilities. She seeks to help people become aware of this potential to find physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In addition to physical activity, she is passionate about music and loves to share it through her piano, which has accompanied her since childhood.
