Before beginning her medical studies, Dr. Nguyen completed a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa. A member of the Collège des médecins du Québec and the College of Family Physicians of Canada, Dr. Nguyen earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Montreal in 2005. She completed her residency in general medicine at Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital while simultaneously undertaking training in aesthetic medicine in Europe and the United States. From the start of her medical career, she joined private clinics specializing in general and aesthetic medicine in Boucherville and then in Saint-Lambert.

Dr. Nguyen is distinguished by her integrative approach focused on overall health, inner well-being, and proactive prevention. She compassionately guides her patients with rigor and sensitivity toward a better understanding of their physical, mental, and emotional health. She encourages prevention, cellular regeneration, management of internal and external stressors, and optimization of health markers.

Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Nguyen is involved in teaching yoga and Ayurveda. As a certified Vinyasa yoga instructor (200H), she integrates a mind-body approach inspired by ancestral traditions and modern evidence-based discoveries into her practice. She deeply believes in a medicine of presence: a health that supports not only sustainable physical vitality but, above all, the capacity to fully inhabit one’s life with energy, awareness, and balance.
