Dr. Caroline Payronnard

Neurologue

Dr. Caroline Payronnard completed a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology at Université de Montréal from 2002 to 2005, followed by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2009. She then pursued a residency in Internal Medicine at Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal (2009–2011), before specializing in Adult Neurology through a residency at the CHUM (2011–2015). Her training continued with a fellowship in Neuromuscular Disorders and Electromyography (EMG) at the University of California, Irvine (2015–2016).

From 2015 to 2023, she worked as an Adult Neurologist at Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal. Although she now practises within a paediatric discipline and has followed an individualized training path, her clinical focus remains on “adult” patients aged 16 and older.
