Our Approach:
We ensure that you are welcomed, undergo triage with a nurse, and see an emergency physician for a diagnosis. With an on-site lab, imaging, ECG, and other diagnostic tools, we can quickly provide a diagnosis and establish an effective treatment plan tailored to the patient’s needs. We also handle referrals to specialists and issue prescriptions as needed.
Some examples of interventions we provide:
- Fracture repair with casts or splints
- Wound repair with sutures or adhesive glue
- Removal of cutaneous foreign bodies
- Intravenous medication administration
- IV drip installation
- Minor surgeries (e.g., cyst or benign tumor removal)
- Screening for sexually transmitted and bloodborne infections (STBBIs)

You will complete a detailed form covering your lifestyle habits, daily hygiene, medical history, genetics, and any known family illnesses. We gather and analyze your medical records from other clinics to have a comprehensive view of your health history before your first appointment.
365 Health Support Service Companion
The 365 Health Support Service offers you unprecedented peace of mind, with highly personalized medical support and assistance available at all times, even when your designated family doctor is unavailable. This service adds privileged and uninterrupted healthcare.
Benefits:
- Unlimited physical and virtual consultations at $0, with your nurse, emergency nurse, family doctor, emergency physician, or on-call doctor.
- Access to a nurse by phone for triage every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
- Access to an on-call doctor by phone or videoconference for consultations every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., including weekends and holidays. An in-person consultation may be required depending on the nature of the health issue.
- Remote prescription or renewal of medications, depending on the physician’s evaluation.
